The purchaser is a person who purchases goods or services from you. A patron is a person who is a loyal customer, client, or paying guest, especially a regular one. They look at you as a trusted source. They don’t shop your price, they understand that the value you give means more to them then getting the lowest price.
 
You are looking for more patrons! More patrons means more profitable business. More repeat business….and more referrals. But how do you get more patrons?
 
The givens you have to have is quality, service and pricing. Everyone knows that! Everyone does that….so why is that the only message you have to offer?  What makes a prospect look at your offer over everyone else?
 
It is your personal relationship, experience, and information that will help them betters their business model. If a patron knows you care about their needs and wants, and desires, they will reward you more business.
